The information stops living in different places. On WhatsApp a client's address is buried in a chat from three months ago; the rota spreadsheet knows nothing about what you've been paid. In CleanFlow client, site, job and payment are one chain: open a job and you see who, where, when and how much. And when a cleaner asks “how do I get in?”, the answer is already inside the job. ### My cleaners aren't tech-savvy. Will they manage? Yes. The cleaner's app is as simple as WhatsApp: they see today's jobs, follow the checklist, take the photos. Nothing to memorise. ### Is CleanFlow right for a company with only a few cleaners? Yes. The Pro plan covers up to 18 cleaners, so it works even if you have two or three. The moment you need it doesn't depend on how big you are, but on when you can no longer keep it all in your head: if you coordinate even two or three people across several clients, you're already managing more information than a notebook can hold. ### What kind of cleaning is it for? Domestic and commercial cleaning, offices and practices, B&Bs and holiday lets, gyms, deep cleans. CleanFlow isn't tied to one niche: it manages jobs on sites, so it works wherever there are places to clean on a regular basis and a team to send there. ### Is my data safe? Yes. Your company's data is isolated and stored on servers in the EU. It's yours and it stays yours. ### How long does it take to get started? A few days. We start alongside you, replacing one piece at a time, without stopping the work. ### Does it work on the phone? Yes. You manage everything from your computer or phone; cleaners work straight from the app on their own phone. ### Does CleanFlow do invoicing too? No, and it doesn't want to. CleanFlow goes as far as the quote and the payment: you know what was agreed, what's been paid and what's still owed.
