Plan in minutes, not phone calls.
The month at a glance, with the number of jobs on each day. Click a date and see the day's jobs: time, client, status and cleaners, with site and service in the details. The notebook and the rota spreadsheet can retire.
- Everyone's workload at a glanceIn the Team view you see how many hours each person already has, day by day, and who goes over 7 hours.
- Double bookings stand outIf you assign someone who's already booked at that time, the form tells you.
- Whoever's going knowsAn email to the cleaner when you assign them a job, and another if you move it or cancel it.
20 minutes, on your own data.
The whole week lives in your head.
Today the rota is split between your diary, the WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet only you can read.
When a client moves an appointment, you go round the phone calls again and hope you didn't miss anyone.
With CleanFlow every job has its date, time, client, site and cleaners in one place: whoever's going sees it on their phone, and gets an email if anything changes.
From a new job to the phone of whoever's going.
Create the job
Client, site, date, time and services in a single form. If it repeats, choose how often.
Choose who goes
One person, several, or a whole crew in one tap. You can also do it later, from the schedule.
The cleaner finds it on their phone
They get an email and the job appears in their week, with the address and how to get in. For a series it's a single email.
Mark who has paid
On each job you mark “Paid” or “Outstanding”, and the schedule adds up what's expected and what's been paid for the day and the month.
The schedule, recurring jobs and the printable work plan are on every plan.
An example, date by date.
Example
FitZone Gym: a clean every Monday at 22:30, starting Monday 22 June.
CleanFlow creates 9 jobs straight away: the first plus the next 8 weeks, up to 17 August.
Marino Law Office: every 2 weeks, on Tuesday evening.
Over the same 8 weeks, that's 5 jobs.
On Thursday Ahmed has three jobs of 2 h 30 each.
In the Team view his Thursday counts 7 h 30 planned and changes colour: it's over 7 hours.
What you stop organising on the phone.
- Rewriting your regular clients into the diary every Monday.
- Asking the group who's free on Thursday.
- Sending everyone tomorrow's plan on WhatsApp.
- Ringing everyone round when a job changes time.
Time, client, site, service, cleaners. All in one job.
No more “what time was it?”, “which site?”, “who's going?”: every job carries everything you need. Change the cleaners with a tap, everything else with “Edit”. And a new job is a single form.

Jobs that repeat don't get recreated every week.
The gym's weekly clean, the Tuesday-evening offices: set the day and time once and CleanFlow creates the next 8 weeks straight away. When the series is about to run out, the Recurring page tells you and you extend it with “Extend”.

Scheduled, in progress, completed: the status speaks for itself.
Every job has a clear status, with a clear colour: scheduled, in progress, completed, cancelled. And a job with no cleaner yet doesn't hide: the dashboard warns you about those in the next 3 days, and the Team view gathers them in the “Unassigned” row. You see it today, not tomorrow at 8am.

What's missing catches your eye before it's actually missing.
And the whole week, day by day.
Besides the month, there's the Week view, with every job hour by hour, and the Team view, which shows the week cleaner by cleaner and who's free. And the current week is on the dashboard too, with the status of every job. “How are we looking this week?” stops needing a meeting.

The doubts we hear most about the schedule.
«If I move a job at the last minute, whoever's going won't know.»
They will: whoever's assigned gets an email showing what changed, from what to what. If you take them off the job or cancel it, the email tells them not to go that day.
«Copying over all my regular jobs is a job in itself.»
Each regular job is written once: choose how often it repeats and CleanFlow creates the dates up to 8 weeks ahead. You can start with this week's clients and add the rest as you go.
«Half my team barely uses their phone.»
Print them the work plan: one page per cleaner, or one per day to pin up in the office, with addresses, access codes and space to write the times in pen.
Questions about the schedule.
Every day, every week, every 2 weeks or every month. CleanFlow creates the dates straight away, up to 8 weeks from the first, as separate jobs: you can move or cancel one without touching the others.
When fewer than 2 dates are left on the schedule, the Recurring page flags it. With “Extend” you add 4, 8, 12 or 24 dates, with the same cleaners as the last one. If the contract ends, “Stop” cancels only the dates from today onwards that are still scheduled, and tells whoever was due to go.
No. Each cleaner sees only the jobs assigned to them, on their phone. You and the supervisor see the whole schedule; only you see the amounts.
No: the schedule, recurring jobs and the printable work plan are on every plan.
