Data collected
Through the demo request form we collect: name, company name, email, phone and number of cleaners (required) and, optionally, the tools you currently use.
Purpose
The data is used solely to contact you and arrange the demo. It is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Google ads
If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads collects data about your visit (pages viewed, clicks on phone and email, demo form submission) to measure our campaigns and show you our ads. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The form data (name, email, phone) is not sent to Google. Details in the Cookie policy.
Providers and tools
To deliver the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email notifications) and Vercel (site hosting and anonymous visit statistics). With your consent to advertising cookies there is also Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads), which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Data may be processed on infrastructure in the European Union or in third countries with adequate safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request. You can request access, rectification or erasure at any time by writing to serraonlinemarketing@gmail.com or to the certified email jsdigitalsrls@pec.it.
