Through the demo request form we collect: name and phone (required) and, optionally, email, number of cleaners, company name and the tools you currently use.

Purpose

The data is used solely to contact you and arrange the demo. It is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Providers and tools

To deliver the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email notifications) and Vercel (site hosting). Data may be processed on infrastructure in the European Union or in third countries with adequate safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request. You can request access, rectification or erasure at any time by writing to serraonlinemarketing@gmail.com or to the certified email jsdigitalsrls@pec.it.
