CleanFlow

Your stock, updated every time it goes in or out.

Scan the barcode with your phone and say how many came in or went out. CleanFlow keeps a log for every product: you see how much is left and what has dropped below the level you set.

  • With a barcode or withoutYou read the code with the camera. Gloves, cloths and bags with no code you find by name.
  • Every movement stays on recordStock in, stock out and adjustments, with the date, time and name of whoever logged them.
  • What's running out, in one listBelow the level you choose, a product joins the low-stock list, with a filter of its own.

The degreaser always runs out on the day you need it.

Today you find out what's left by going to look at the shelf, or by asking whoever was last in the storeroom.

Then a cleaner calls from a client: the bleach has run out, and nobody knows who took the last container.

With CleanFlow every product has its own log: you record what comes in and what goes out, and the stock level is the sum of those movements.

From the shelf to the log, phone in hand.

  1. Scan the code

Open Stock on your phone and tap Scan. If the code won't read, type it in.

  2. Set up the product once

For a new code CleanFlow looks up the name, brand and size in open product databases; if they're not there, the AI looks for the product details on the web or reads them off a photo of the label. You check and save.

  3. Book stock in and out

From then on the code opens the product: choose Stock in, Used on a job or Stock out, and how many, with the plus and minus buttons.

  4. A stocktake squares the count

Type in how many you counted on the shelf: the difference goes into the log as an adjustment.

Stock control, with the scanner and the product lookup, is on every plan.

A month of degreaser containers.

Example

  • There are 3 containers of degreaser in stock. 12 more arrive from the supplier.

Scan the code and its card opens: Stock in, 12. Now there are 15.

  • 2 go out for FitZone Gym.

Used on a job, 2, with the note “FitZone”. 13 left, and the log shows who entered it and when.

  • At the end of the month you count 11, but CleanFlow had 13. The low-stock level is 12.

Type 11: −2 goes into the log, and the degreaser joins the low-stock list.

What you stop doing by eye.

  • Going to look at the shelf to see how much bleach is left.
  • Keeping stock counts on a sheet taped to the door.
  • Retyping the name and brand of a bottle you've already logged.
  • Wondering where the last two containers went.

What owners worry about.

  • «I haven't got time to log every bottle.»

Scan the code, pick how many with the plus and minus buttons, and save. For a new product only the name is required: you fill in the rest when you need it.

  • «Nobody knows my professional products.»

That's often true: lots of professional cleaning products are missing from the open databases. Then you write the product card yourself, once, and from the next scan that code opens on its own.

  • «What if someone gets a number wrong?»

The log can't be deleted: a mistake is fixed with an opposite movement or an adjustment, and both stay on record. So you also know how far out the count was.

Questions about stock.

Yes, as long as they're made of digits, 6 to 14 of them. You log them once and from the next scan the product opens on its own. If they're the wholesaler's own internal codes, you type in the name and brand: nobody outside knows them.

It looks up the details of a new product, meaning name, brand, size and category: from the code on the web, or from a photo of the label, which isn't kept. It only fills in empty fields, and you save. There are at most 30 lookups every 24 hours per company.

No: stock is for the owner and the supervisor. If a cleaner takes something for a job, you log it as Used on a job and write the client in the note.

Yes, if you enter the purchase cost on each product: at the top of the stock page you see what it's worth, adding up cost times quantity for every product.
