Pricing questions
What people ask us about the cost.
Base £85, Pro £109 and Business £169 a month, excl. VAT (in euros: €99, €129 and €199). Base covers up to 8 cleaners, Pro up to 18, Business has no limit. Clients and sites are unlimited on all three.
Anyone on your team with an active login to work in the field: cleaners and supervisors. You, as the owner, don't count. A login you deactivate stops counting.
CleanFlow won't let you add more people and tells you so. The logins you already have keep working as before. To add more, you move up to the next plan.
Yes: 30 days, no card. In the demo we'll work out together which plan fits, on your numbers.
No. There's the 30-day trial to see whether CleanFlow suits you, then you pick one of the three plans.
No, prices are excl. VAT.
The day-to-day work is on every plan: schedule, clients and sites, recurring jobs, the cleaners' app with checklists and photos. Pro adds the money side and the supervisor role, Business adds assisted onboarding, priority support and accounts export. The item-by-item comparison is in the table above.
