CleanFlow

The month's hours, already counted from the jobs.

Cleaners check in when they arrive and check out when they finish. At the end of the month CleanFlow has already added up everyone's hours: you review the flagged rows and send the file to your accountant.

  • Counted from real jobsOnly completed jobs, with start and finish times recorded on site.
  • What doesn't add up stands outA time more than 10 minutes off the plan gets flagged.

End of the month, chasing hours through messages.

Today the hours live in messages, scraps of paper and the memory of whoever did the work.

At the end of the month you piece them together one person at a time, hoping nobody forgot an afternoon.

With CleanFlow everyone's hours come from the jobs they did: you review them, fix what doesn't add up and export the file for your accountant.

From check-in to the file for your accountant.

  1. Check-in on site

Cleaners open the job on their phone and tap Check-in when they arrive. With no signal the check-in waits on the phone and goes through when the connection is back.

  2. Check-out at the end

They close the job and confirm: the finish time is the real one, not the planned one.

  3. Hours add up on their own

The month is the month of the check-in. Completed jobs with a start and a finish count, up to 12 hours each.

  4. Review and export

Fix the flagged rows, then download the month's CSV or PDF.

Hours, exports and the supervisor role are on every plan.

An example, with the sums.

Example

  • Elena and Ahmed clean Marino Law Office together, from 8:00 to 10:30.

2 h 30 for Elena and 2 h 30 for Ahmed: each gets the full length.

  • Marco has two jobs that overlap: 14:00-16:00 and 15:30-17:00.

3 hours count, not 3 h 30: overlapping times count once.

  • Elena arrives at 8:20 for a job planned at 8:00.

The row gets flagged, but the hours still count.

What you stop doing by hand.

  • Asking everyone how many hours they did.
  • Copying times from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet.
  • Recounting afternoons when two people shared a job.
  • Rebuilding one person's month when your accountant asks for it.

The team: who sees what.

Owner
Sees everything and can do everything. The only one who corrects hours and removes someone from the team.
Supervisor
Organises jobs and invites cleaners, but doesn't see the money or the hours.
Cleaners
See their jobs for today, the ones already done, the manuals and their profile.
Crews
Group two or more people and assign a job to the whole crew in one tap.

What owners ask us.

  • «My cleaners won't use it.»

Check-in is a button inside the job they already have open on their phone, in the browser: no app to install.

  • «What if someone forgets to check out?»

The job stays open and the row gets flagged. You or the supervisor close it, and until it's fixed it stays out of the total.

  • «Can I correct the hours afterwards?»

Yes, the owner can, with a reason. The correction is added next to the original row, which stays in the history.

Questions about hours.

The summary CSV has the person, month, jobs, recorded hours, final hours and rows to fix. The day-by-day CSV has date, client, site, start, finish and minutes. The PDF has a summary and then one page per person.

Each gets the full length of the job. If the same person has two overlapping jobs, the overlapping time counts once.

No. CleanFlow counts the hours on jobs from check-ins and check-outs; payroll, overtime and contracts stay with your accountant, who gets the month's file.

No: hours, exports and the supervisor role are on every plan.
